Hallmark plans 600 co-living beds in Ealing

Hallmark Property Group has been given the green light for 225 co-living beds at Western Avenue, Acton, W3, bringing its total to 599 units across two neighbouring sites. The approval will see the student and apart-hotels operator overtake co-living giant The Collective in the borough. The two sites (site 9 at 208 Western Avenue, and site 10 at 158-206 Western Avenue) will be operated by Hallmark’s platform The Stay Club. Hallmark will bring forward the newest addition at site 9 on behalf of investment manager Benthorp. Earlier in the year, the council approved Hallmark’s plans for 335 co-living beds
