Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen has announced that member of the board Klaus-Dieter Gröb is to retire.
He will resign from his current position by 31 July 2013, said a company statement.
Gröb became a member of Helaba’s board in October 2004. Previously he was chairman of the board of Sparkasse Wetterau in Friedberg.
During his career he also acted as representative of Sparkassen in Hessen and Thüringen.
