Howard Group is looking to raise £150m from the sale of Unity Campus in Cambridgeshire.
The property investor and developer has tasked JLL to find new owners for seven existing buildings on the site alongside the development land.
The move comes after Howard began exploring potential funding options to ensure continued momentum and progress at the campus, last month.
The acquisition opportunity spans 11.5 acres and provides 260,000 sq ft of existing workspace, which is occupied by more than a dozen of life sciences and technology companies. Welbeck Health took 31,000 sq ft at Orion building on Unity Campus, the largest deal in the region in 2024.
The land parcel comes with a planning consent in place for the third phase of expansion at the campus to provide a further 60,000 sq ft lab-enabled building, known as Artemis, plus a separate 3,400 sq ft amenity building, called The Clubhouse.
