Hurtigruten Cruises sails to King’s Cross for London HQ

Hurtigruten Cruises has chosen King’s Cross, N1, for its London office headquarters.

The 130-year-old Norwegian coastal voyage company will move staff from flexible office space in Paddington, where it is currently based in WeWork’s 5 Merchant Square, W2, to its new office at 210 Pentonville Road.

It will occupy 10,500 sq ft in Global Holdings Management Group’s 57,000 sq ft building on a five-year lease. Quoting rents in 210 Pentonville are £79.50 per sq ft.

The EPC A-rated building, formerly known as Webb House, was refurbished in 2022 to provide grade-A office space.

Gerald Eve and Bluebook advised Global Holdings. GN2 advised the tenant.
