Vienna-based Immofinanz has appointed Andreas Thamm as its new head of commercial development.
He will be in charge of real estate project developments in the asset classes office, retail and logistic as well as special projects.
Thamm joins from Metro Group, where he was managing director in Russia and Poland. Most recently he worked in the construction and administration parts of Metro’s 12-country eastern Europe property region.
Andrea Sperling-Koch has been appointed as head of finance and accounting and will oversee accounting and consolidation activities. She previously worked in the controlling and consolidation departments of two listed corporations.
