Blackstone-owned industrial developer and operator Indurent has secured a 62,000 sq ft letting to global distribution firm ADI Global Distribution at Cobalt Two in Chadderton, Oldham.
Daniel Austin, portfolio management director at Indurent, said: “There is strong demand for modern industrial workspace in the North West and Oldham is an attractive proposition as it offers exceptional connectivity and access to a skilled local workforce.”
Indurent said it had one remaining vacant unit at the business park that it expects to fill shortly.
Recent data from Knight Frank revealed strong demand for industrial space in the North West, with 3.3m sq ft of lettings in the first three quarters of 2024. This was up by 43% versus the same period in 2023.
