Inside Verde: Take a tour around the newest addition to London’s Victoria

WATCH: As the regeneration of Victoria, SW1, moves forward, EG took a tour around the latest addition to the renewal of the once government-dominated London neighbourhood, Verde.

Verde is the redevelopment of the former Eland House on Bressenden Place. Landlords Tishman Speyer and PSP stripped the former head office of the DCLG back to its concrete skeleton to create a modern new 312,000 sq ft office block.

The property is now almost three-quarters let to tenants include both PSP and Tishman, Oaktree Capital and Pret a Manger.

The building is also one of the first in London to be awarded a platinum rating by Cycling Score, a new building rating system that helps landlords create safe and secure cycling facilities for occupiers.
