JLL has appointed Richard Booth as head of investor clients in its UK commercial valuation advisory team.
Booth has rejoined the business from Knight Frank, where he was joint head of UK funds in valuation advisory. He previously worked at JLL from 1999 to 2010 in the valuation and capital markets team.
At JLL, Booth will head the team that services investor clients’ regular valuations for financial statements.
JLL recently reshuffled its commercial valuation advisory team, naming Tim Luckman head of secured lending clients and James McTighe as head of sectors.
Claire Macken, head of UK commercial valuation advisory at JLL, said Booth;s return is “a great boost for both the team and the business”.
Macken said: “He brings a wealth of experience and is uniquely positioned to provide our investor clients with deep-rooted knowledge of their sectors in order to generate market facing valuations.
“Our recent realignment of the UK commercial valuation advisory team has ensured that we can better tailor our solutions to the specific needs of our clients. It is essential that we help our clients to understand the future of value and risk to guide their strategic decisions.
“Richard’s arrival will ensure that our talented and diverse team across the UK can continue to uncover a panoramic view of value and risk for fast, accurate lending and investment decisions.”
