JLL has appointed Chris Legg to its cost management team, where he will focus on life sciences.
In his new role, Legg will develop JLL’s offering across the life sciences sector, including project development and delivery.
Over the past 12 years, Legg has been working across the commercial real estate, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors, most recently at CBRE as EMEA PMO commercial lead. He has also worked for Gardiner and Theobald, Arup and Transport for London.
Chris Walters, head of UK life sciences at JLL, said: “The expansion of the cost management team and a dedicated life sciences expert will help us enhance our end-to-end service for our clients, ensuring that investors leverage our market knowledge, maximising return on their investments.”
