JLL has appointed James Lockwood as its head of residential advisory in the North West.

Lockwood will oversee the team’s secured lending and valuation advisory services, residential consultancy, affordable housing, student and retirement living, with banks.
He succeeds Shannon Conway, who moved to Glenbrook as residential director in November after almost a decade in the role.
Lockwood joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent six years, most recently as partner for residential valuation, development and agency.
Steve Hogg, JLL North West’s lead director, said: “The residential advisory team has had a strong year, with our build-to-rent valuation advice in particular being increasingly sought after.
“We’ve provided advice for both investor and development finance, advising high-profile clients such as Renaker, Town Centre Securities, Barclays, HSBC and Wells Fargo.”
