Sushi operator K10 Sushi has acquired the former Ping Pong restaurant at 3 Appold Street, EC2.
K10 Sushi has taken an assignment of Ping Pong’s lease, which expires in 2034.
The rent on the 5,400 sq ft restaurant, which is owned by British Land, is £120,000 pa.
In June, Nigel Sutcliffe’s Truffle Hunting acquired a separate Ping Pong restaurant in Goodge Street, W1.
Restaurant Property agency director David Rawlinson which acted for K10 said: “K10 is a great fit for time-pressed City workers who want quick healthy food at a good value price point.”
CBRE acts for Ping Pong.
