They replace Bob Croydon, who has been appointed regional representative to The Prince’s Foundation.

Sutton heads the Cardiff office’s industrial agency, while Thomas heads the office agency.

As well as continuing to be responsible for their own business areas, Sutton will head business development and Thomas will take on responsibility for practice management at the 40-strong office.

Sutton said: “This is a new challenge for Huw and myself and we see great opportunities for the existing teams to seize new business across the range of our agency and advisory activities.

“We have held the Estates Gazette ‘Most Active National Agent in Wales’ accolade every year since 2001 and it is our intention to build on that success.”
