Knight Frank has promoted 10 staff to proprietary partner with effect from 1 April 2018.
The 10 are:

■ Charlie Dugdale, land & consultancy, London residential development
■ Lucy Jones, head of ILM and lettings operations
■ James Lewis, Middle East regional head
■ Ian McCarter, department head, West End agency
■ Steve Oades, office head, Bristol commercial
■ Richard Proctor, central London tenant rep
■ Jeremy Tham, head of commercial bank lending
■ Andrew Tyler, City office, development
