KSL Capital partners has bought Cameron House Hotel, Loch Lomond, Scotland, for around £75m.

QHotels instructed CBRE to market the hotel in April this year, after the asset was spun out of the QHotels portfolio, which Rothschild has been handling.

The hotel is on a 380-acre site, has 232 bedrooms, a 235-bay marina, an 18-hole and a nine-hole golf course and is set on half a mile of lake frontage on Loch Lomond.

The hotel was one of six that QHotels acquired from De Vere Hotels in November last year.

KSL also owns the Belfry golf course near Birmingham.

CBRE acted for QHotels.
