Landsec's London managing director, Collette O’Shea, will also take up the company’s retail portfolio following Scott Parsons’ resignation earlier this year. O’Shea, who joined the board of directors in January 2018, will be responsible for the company’s retail division as of today (30 April), as well as keeping her London portfolio managing director role, which she has held for more than five years. Previously, she was the company’s head of development for six years, after spending five years as a development manager. Before her 16-year career at Landsec, O’Shea spent 14 years at the Mercer’s Company, where was head of estates.
