Legal & General’s Suburban Build To Rent business and Stonebond have agreed an exchange of 41 build-to-rent homes in Wintringham, St Neots, west Cambridgeshire.
The scheme consists of 10 flats and 31 houses, fitted with air-source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.
It is a part of a wider masterplan designed by Urban&Civic which has already delivered a primary school, play areas, and will deliver further retail and amenity spaces, including a café, community centre and health centre.
The 400-acre masterplan includes the delivery of 2,800 homes, two primary schools, a local centre and 683,508 sq ft of employment floor space.
L&G SBTR managing director David Reid said: “This partnership will deliver much-needed family homes in a thoughtfully designed and well-connected community, while also building out assets for our long-term partners.”
