LGIM adds shine to Woking office with Colgate letting

Colgate has taken 25,000 sq ft at Legal & General Investment Management’s office development in Woking.

The space spans two floors in the newly refurbished office building at Goldsworth Place. Rents were marketed at around £38.50 per sq ft.

The consumer products group is due to move into the building in mid-2024 following the completion of internal works.

Refurbishment works include new amenities, café and break-out areas, plus updated ESG facilities including outdoor terraces and electric vehicle charging stations. The building is rated EPC B and AirRated Air Score Gold.

Savills and Hurst Warne acted as the office leasing agents for the development.
