Linden Homes is to develop a £10m mixed-use scheme in Bristol’s upmarket Clifton commercial and residential district.
The Jacobs Building scheme (pictured) will comprise 10,400 sq ft (966 sq m) of offices and 23 townhouses and flats, and some retail.
A commercial agent has yet to be appointed but rents for the office element are expected to be around £20 per sq ft (£215 per sq m).
