Liverpool Council gives £200m office scheme the green light

A joint venture between Kier Property and CTP has received the green light for its £200m Pall Mall office scheme in Liverpool. Liverpool City Council gave consent for the scheme today, which will see the first grade-A office development built in the city’s business district for over 10 years. Plans include 400,000 sq ft of office space, a 281-bed hotel, retail and leisure space, and public realm space. The first phase of the development includes a 102,000 sq ft office with 9,600 sq ft of ground floor space and a car park basement area. Construction will start in summer 2020.
