Liverpool PBSA scheme tipped for approval

Planners at Liverpool City Council have recommended the approval of 103 student homes in the city centre. A decision on Molyneux Developments’ proposed 103-bedroom scheme at 4-10 Gildart Street in the Fabric District will be made by the council next week. The Liverpool-based developer is looking to demolish the existing two-storey warehouse to make way for the seven-storey block. The Revival Architecture-designed building will also include 1,744 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floor, parking for 116 cycle spaces, a reception area, gym and a laundry room.
