Liverpool poised to approve resi quartet

Proposals for a residential development on the corner of Blackstock Street, Bevington Bush and Paul Street in Liverpool have been recommended for approval at a planning committee meeting next Tuesday.

Developer WF Doyle is planning to bring forward four residential blocks of between eight and 10 storeys, delivering a total of 420 flats.

The scheme, designed by Diaz Associates, will comprise one- and two-bedroom flats alongside 15,600 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floors.

Also, on the ground floors of each block there will be a residents’ foyer and cycle store.

Landor is advising the developer on planning.
