Logistics to drive doubling of property fund capital raisings

Global property funds are on course to raise more than twice the amount of money this year than last, driven by a surge of capital into industrials. Investment firm Cambridge Associates expects specialist industrial real estate funds to raise $6.4bn (£4.9bn) in 2019, compared to $2.9bn in 2018.
