London charity targets £207m portfolio overhaul

John Lyon’s Charity is looking to increase its income and the value of the 80 buildings it owns across London and the South East, and has appointed Knight Frank to help it achieve this.

The charity’s £207m portfolio includes eight commercial buildings across London and the South East, including Eagle House (pictured above) on Jermyn Street in the heart of St James’s, SW1, which provides more than 31,000 sq ft of office space, and a 65,000 sq ft industrial unit on Mandela Way, SE1, located close to the proposed route of the Bakerloo Line extension.
