Residential developer London Square has launched a commercial arm called London Square Works. It will focus on developing bespoke space for office, retail and leisure businesses, helping to maximise its mixed-use developments. London Square has already built £140m of commercial space across its residential schemes, comprising offices, co-working space, food stores and a specially designed community theatre. The first commercial space to be launched by London Square Works will be a creative business community at Cally Yard (pictured above) on Caledonian Road near King's Cross. It will provide 53,000 sq ft of flexible workspace as part of a mixed-use redevelopment.
