The London School of Business & Finance has completed a deal for a major new flagship site in the capital.
The school has agreed a deal with the Middle Eastern owner of Sceptre Court at 40 Tower Hill, EC3, for circa 90,000 sq ft, as tipped by Estates Gazette .
It is understood to have agreed a 15-year lease at rent of around £30 per sq ft.
The vacant Sceptre Court was home to law firm Trowers & Hamlins until 2012, when it relocated to 3 Bunhill Row, EC1.
The deal was subject to the school securing
