Steve Williams, the national head of industrial and logistics at Lambert Smith Hampton, is leaving the business to set up a firm with two colleagues.
Details are yet to be finalised, but it will be a niche industrial practice based in north London.
Williams has resigned alongside Lloyd Spencer, who is head of office and based in Milton Keynes, and Dan Jackson, an associate director in the industrial team, based in the Luton office.
Williams has been at LSH for just over nine years. Previously he was a director at Atisreal. He was also a chairman for the Industrial Agents Society for two years between 2008 and 2010.
Lloyd has worked at LSH for 28 years. He joined the company in 1989 and became head of regional logistics in 2011.
In 2014 he was made head of office in Milton Keynes and has focused on working along the M1 corridor.
Jackson has been at LSH for just over 10 years and is also part of the M1 industrial team.
