MEPC has outlined proposals for a 200,000 sq ft speculative office development at the NOMA scheme in Manchester.
The building, called 4 Angel Square, will comprise Grade A office space across 11 storeys. The ground floor will also feature units for retail or food and beverage.
It will sit on the corner of Corporation Street and Miller Street, and will be designed by Manchester-based architects SimpsonHaugh.
A public consultation will be held on 21 March at the Old Bank Residency on Hanover Street.
