Logistics service provider NG Terminal has signed for the last space at Mileway’s Summit Centre in Heathrow.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease for the recently refurbished Unit 1. The warehouse measures 20,837 sq ft and features front and rear loading bays and a secure yard.
Summit Centre is located just north of Heathrow Airport, offering access to Heathrow Cargo Terminal and the A4 Bath Road which provides route to the M4/M25 Motorways.
DTRE and Logix Property are joints agents for the centre.
