Miller Developments has secured over 10,000 sq ft of new lettings at Alba Campus, Livingston, just weeks after it bought out Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh and Lothians’ share of the 96-acre campus.
IT software firm, ISLI, has taken 1,878sq ft until December 2009 at £24,414 per annum.
Software design company, Plexus, has taken a six-year lease on 3,670 sq ft at £56,885 per annum, while NEC Computers has leased 4,500 sq ft on the second floor of Integration House for five years for £67,500 per annum.
Malcolm Deans, director of Miller Developments, said: “These lettings demonstrate the continuing appeal of Alba Campus as a prime location for premier businesses.
“We are delighted to welcome NEC Computers to Alba Campus and are confident that the location and the wide range of facilities available will be greatly appealing to their staff.”
Jones Lang LaSalle and GVA Grimley acted for Miller Developments in both the NEC and Plexus deals.
Miller Developments acted for itself in the ISLI deal while the tenants all represented themselves.
