Audley Modular Student Living has secured a £20m development facility from Maslow Capital to build a 257-bed student scheme in Edinburgh.
The energy-efficient building will incorporate a gym, communal lounge and cinema.
The £39.7m modular development will be adjacent to the University of Edinburgh’s Kings Building campus. It is due to be completed in time for the 2022 academic year.
