MSCI and the Investment Property Forum have announced the top performing property funds for 2017.
The St James’s Portfolio and Primary Health Properties were the winning funds of the 10-year relative return and the 10-year absolute return awards respectively.
This means the funds outperformed the other 145 funds measured by MSCI that have a 10-year reporting track record.
PHP is measured by Nexus Tradeco, the SJP by the Crown Estate.
