Aitch Group and Medina Capital Investments have received planning permission for the redevelopment of Albany House in New Malden, south-west London.
The joint venture will redevelop the former MOT garage at 300 Burlington Road into a 41-home scheme.
Henry Smith, chief executive of Aitch Group, said: “This is a prominent but currently underutilised site in an increasingly popular corner of south-west London.”
