Old Oak and Park Royal chief exec moves to RTPI

Victoria Hills is stepping down as chief executive of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation chief executive to join the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Hills will start her new chief executive position on 16 April 2018, replacing Trudi Elliott, who has been in the role for more than seven years. An interim OPDC chief executive will be announced in due course along with the timetable for recruiting a permanent successor.

Hills was appointed in autumn 2014 to establish and head up Old Oak and Park Royal, the mayor’s second Mayoral Development Corporation, which oversees one
