International accountancy firm Mazars has completed a deal to take 10,883 sq ft at One St Peter’s Square in Manchester.
Mazars has signed a 15-year lease at the 280,000 sq ft building, paying £32 per sq ft. It will relocate from its offices at The Lexicon in Mount Street.
The 14-storey block was competed in October 2014 by a joint venture between Argent and the Greater Manchester Property Fund.
Other tenants include KPMG, which occupies 71,500 sq ft and Addleshaw Goddard, which has agreed to take 56,000 sq ft.
German fund Deka Immobilien placed the 14-storey block under offer for around £180m in July 2015. The deal is ongoing but has not yet exchanged.
