P-Three lands Kensington Roof Gardens role

Newly formed agency P-Three has been appointed by CKL to find a new food and beverage brand to take over the Kensington Roof Gardens.

The recently revamped 14,511 sq ft space covers two floors and has a 0.6-acre garden.

The trio at P-Three will team up with their former employer, Cushman & Wakefield, to source a new occupier.
