Peel Land has secured planning permission from Salford City Council for new a neighbourhood at Hazelhurst Farm in Worsley, Greater Manchester.
The development, designed by Hope Architects, features up to 400 homes, including 80 affordable homes onsite and funding to support the delivery of up to 120 additional affordable homes across the city.
In addition, Peel will bring forward a village green with a play area alongside walking and cycling routes, and a two-form entry primary school.
The permission comes after years of engaging with the council and local stakeholders to develop plans for a new neighbourhood that meets local needs.
