Stephen George + Partners has appointed Viktoria Roy (pictured right) as BIM manager at its Leicester office. She has seven years’ experience working with BIM applications and previously worked for Pollard Thomas Edwards and Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios.

Rob Bould, (pictured second from right) former chief executive of GVA Bilfinger, has joined commercial real estate software platform Coyote as a non-executive director. Coyote is a cloud-based platform that allows real estate professionals to work via an integrated, customised dashboard which can be viewed from any device, anywhere.

Law firm Lodders has appointed residential property lawyer Russell Spencer (pictured second from left) as a senior associate in its Midlands Real Estate practice.

Independent serviced office provider BE Offices has appointed Jonathan Weinbrenn (pictured left) as managing director of BESpoke, a new division aimed at the corporate occupier market. He joins from Instant Group where he was a senior director.

Victoria Steventon and Julian Radcliffe have been appointed as directors at MJ Mapp in its portfolio management team. Steventon joins from CBRE and will head the Northern portfolio management team. Radcliffe will head the London portfolio management working alongside Duncan Maclver.

Montagu Evans has appointed Jonathan Glaister as a partner in its development and valuation consultancy team. He joins from GL Hearn.

Co-living pioneer The Collective has appointed Jill Ju as investment director and Neil MacLeod as general counsel. Ju joins from Greystar and will lead on investment management for the firm. MacLeod will be responsible for all legal matters, with a particular focus on acquisitions, finance and structuring.

Deloitte Real Estate has appointed Andrew Carey as a partner to lead its real estate technology practice. He joins from RealFoundations where he was a managing director. Russell McMillan has been promoted to partner. He advises private sector clients on corporate real estate issues.

The Bristol office of CBRE has made the following appointments: Natasha Kitson and Emma Stanbridge, surveyors; Tom Stanley, senior surveyor; and Peter Dawe, associate director in its asset services team. Bruce Stone, senior building services engineer in building consultancy; and James Graham, director in UK development. Liam Garwood has been appointed estate manager in the portfolio services team, and Marcus Plaw, planning director and Philip Marsden, associate director in the planning and development team. Promotions include: Jake Stephenson, senior surveyor; Charlotte Smith, director; and Emily Filer and Rose Brown to associate directors. Graduates James Nelson and Stuart Blick have joined the valuation and building consultancy teams respectively.

Cindat Capital Management has appointed Yasmin Jiang as a director. She will focus on the firm’s UK and European real estate investments and asset management.

Harris Lamb has appointed graduate Olivia Morris to its planning consultancy.

Savills has appointed Jaroslav Kaizr as head of its leasing agency for its Czech and Slovak operations.

William Illingworth has joined Savills as an associate in the London office and will apply his sector expertise in the office, retail and industrial to Greater London and the South East.

Architecture and design firm Perkins+Will has appointed Steven Charlton as managing director at its London office.

The Midlands team of Barton Wilmore has appointed Antony Harding and Stephenie Hawkins as planning associates. Daniel Wilson joins as senior planner in the Birmingham office.

Winkworth has appointed George Franks as group director in its west London offices.

The Bracknell office of Morgan Lovell has recruited Adrian Norman as head of design. Petra O’Shea has been promoted to head of sales for the Southern region and Sophie Williams has been appointed as a business account manager. In London, Christopher Allen has joined as head of workplace consulting.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Sylvain Hasse and Jonathan Steel as global heads of occupier solutions.

Leisure specialist Fleurets has appointed Tom Cormie in its Cambridge office.

Architecture practice Stephen George + Partners has relocated to larger premises at Longbridge Technology Park, Birmingham following its merger with MKguru Architect. Juma Chipeta has joined as project architect from Walker Troup Architects.

Law firm Collas Crill has appointed Pamela Doherty as group partner in its Jersey property team.

Bob Dyson has joined the Manchester office of CBRE as a consultant. He was formerly chairman of JLL North West. During his 35 year career Dyson has been involved in some of Manchester’s significant developments, including Spinningfields and NOMA.

The Thames Valley office of Lichfields has appointed Brian Conlon as a senior planner, Nicola Jones as a graduate planner, and associate director Sarah Moorhouse has joined the team from the firm’s London office.

KLM Retail has recruited graduates Alice Grindrod and Victoria Perkins.

Richard James-Moore has joined JLL as director in its industrial team. He was previously an associate director at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Hurford Salvi Carr has appointed Trevor Banbury as sales director for its new homes team and as head of its Shoreditch branch.

HOW Planning has appointed associates Emma Jones from GL Hearn and Andrew Johnston from Indigo Planning.

Tim Cooney, Alex Krivinskas and Jack Williamson have been made associate partners at Fare brother. Cooney works in the occupier services team, and Krivinskas and Williamson specialise in leasing and development.
