Jo Williams (pictured left) has joined Sanderson Weatherall as a partner heading the building consultancy offering in Bristol and the South West. She previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield and Ridge & Partners.

Lichfields’ Ben Kelway (pictured second from left) has been promoted to senior director. He joined the firm in 2002 and has expertise in urban housing projects, townscape and amenity matters.

CBRE has hired Kieran Roche (pictured second from right) as head of business development in its UK asset services business. He has previously worked for Mind Gym and Procter & Gamble.

Simon Durkin, (pictured right) former head of research at BNP Paribas Real Estate, has joined Seaforth Land as director of strategy, research and operations.

Cushman & Wakefield’s business space team has appointed graduates Ewan Stewart in the Glasgow office and Adam Watt in the Edinburgh office.

Carter Towler has appointed Max Vause as trainee surveyor; Chris Harrison as assistant surveyor; Mark Marshall as compliance co-ordinator; Zack Sorkin as graduate property management surveyor; Kim Gray as credit controller; and Gary Lewsley as service charge manager. Josh Holmes and Chris Green have been promoted to directors.

Nigel Tenwick has joined Clarion Housing Group as commercial and technical director. He joins from Lovell Partnerships.

Round Hill Capital has appointed Brian Welsh as chief executive of the Nido Collection, the Group’s UK, Ireland and Continental European student accommodation platform.

M7 Real Estate Poland has appointed Katarzyna Parkot as managing director.

Harris Lamb has appointed surveyor Rob Haigh to lead the east Midlands agency team in its Nottingham office. He joins from Fisher German, where he worked in the agency and investment team.

The British Institute of Facilities Management has recruited Jacqueline Balian as commercial director.

UK-based real estate investment company Aprirose has hired Peter Davies as head of property and Soraya Shamji as senior vice president in asset management and hotels.

National fit-out and refurbishment specialist Overbury has appointed Chris Letch as head of pre-contracts and Leanne Pammen as head of sales for the southern team.

Property and construction consultancy Ingleton Wood has appointed Trevor Halls as a director of architecture in its London office.

Savills has appointed Paul Cutler as an associate director in the Bristol property management team. He joins from Workman.

Real estate software company Coyote has appointed Johnnie Sims as head of client services. He joins from M7 Real Estate where he was an investment manager.

Harper Dennis Hobbs has appointed Alistair Knight as head of rating services. Knight and his team will deal with rating appeals and rates mitigation on all types of commercial property countrywide.

Lovell has appointed Debra Borley as a site manager. She will oversee a major homes refurbishment programme that the firm is delivering for Vale of Glamorgan Council in South Wales.

Design, fit-out and relocations specialist Crown Workplace has recruited Farley Harris-Brown as commercial and operations manager from CBRE and Jeremy Luck as project director from Advanced Interior Solutions.

Redrow Homes has appointed Paul Moore as managing director. He will be responsible for the North West and North Wales housing division.

Linden Homes has appointed Amie Emery as sales and marketing director for the Chiltern region.

Cowan Architects has appointed Emma Smyth to its team of healthcare architects. Smyth has previously worked in London and the South East on new-build hospitals and specialist units.

London law firm Wedlake Bell has appointed Adam Lynch as a corporate partner in its corporate and financial services team. He joins from Maclay Murray & Spens.

Paul Capehorn has joined Connells as divisional managing director for residential.

Andrew De Candole has joined Maybridge Group as senior partner to focus on residential developments within the M25.

Strettons has promoted Craig Silver and Paul Cohen to associate directors at its east and north London offices.

Newcastle-based Square One Law has recruited real estate lawyer Adrian Hill as head of its property team. He joins from Eversheds in Leeds.
