People and companies: Knight Frank appoints an associate in Leeds

Aimee Howard (pictured, right) has joined Knight Frank’s residential development valuation and advisory team in Leeds as an associate. She previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield.

Colliers International has appointed Deborah Bryant-Pearson (pictured, left) as an associate director in its Bristol valuation and advisory services team. She joins from Avison Young and will focus on growing the residential development and alternative asset elements of valuation work. In the Toronto office, Rebecca Finley has been promoted to chief brand and people officer.

CBRE’s Southampton office has appointed Emma Eaglestone as senior director and Stephen Knight as director in its valuation advisory team.

Brunswick Property Partners has hired James Lister as director of portfolio management for its London neighbourhood workplace venture Akoya.

Nigel Hudson has joined UGC as strategy and planning director. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the commercial property and development industry.

Savills has appointed Craig Bluer and Carl Meale to lead its new mixed-use property management team servicing large sites and estates. Alexander Meyer has been hired as head of the Munich office.

Grainger has appointed Leanne Hargreaves as general manager for its Filaments build-to-rent development in Salford. Jonathan Hyde has joined as regional lettings manager for the North and will be responsible for overseeing Grainger’s northern BTR portfolio.

Turley has promoted David Diggle to senior director in the Manchester planning team and Oliver Jefferson to director in the London office. Emma Sharp has been made associate director in the Cambridge heritage and townscape team and Isabel Jones associate director in the London landscape, townscape and viability impact assessment services team. Andrew Lowe has been promoted to associate director in the economics team and Michael Browne to associate director in the environmental impact assessment team. Sam Lake becomes associate director in the Birmingham office and James Sugrue joins as associate director in the London heritage and townscape team.

Daniel Cruise has joined Tikehau Capital as senior adviser. Based in New York, he will lead the global public affairs practice.

Nella Pang, formerly of JLL, has launched Omega Re, an independent advice and professional support service for businesses, landlords and occupiers in Basingstoke, Winchester, Eastleigh, Southampton, Portsmouth and Bournemouth.

Principle Estate Management has appointed Sophie May as customer services executive and Kiera Hall has joined as a property apprentice.

Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Claire Peebles and Conor Nisbet to senior surveyors in the Glasgow office. Peebles works in asset services in the office, retail and F&B sectors and Nisbet works in the healthcare valuation and advisory team.

Colin Lewis will retire as chief executive of Avant Homes Group in April. He will continue to serve as a non-executive deputy chairman for 12 months following the date of his retirement.

Richard Morgan has joined Blue Alpine Partners as an associate partner.
