Alison Guyton (pictured left) has been appointed as land and new homes director at Henry Adams for Horsham & Haywards Heath.

De Villiers Commercial has appointed Charlie Moore (pictured second from left) as a graduate surveyor to support the valuation and professional teams.

Alison Nunez (pictured second from right) has joined retirement housebuilder McCarthy & Stone as director of multi-tenure. She previously worked for Andrews Property Group and Countrywide.

Real estate investment trust University Partnerships Programme has appointed Babajide Ogunniyi (pictured right) as asset management director. He joins from HCP Social Infrastructure.

Carter Jonas has appointed John Knight as a partner and head of national investment at its London HQ. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the UK investment market, focusing on business and office parks. He previously worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Knight Frank has appointed Andy Tichopad to lead its new building services team. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield and will advise clients on matters including technical due diligence, dilapidations, exit strategy advice and refurbishment, focusing initially on the London and South East markets.

Rapleys has appointed, Campbell Moffat as senior associate in corporate investor management; Laura Briggs as senior surveyor in corporate investor management; Jamie Alderson and Harriet Nind as planners in town planning; Marcus Fatoye as surveyor in corporate investor management; and Callum Dickinson and Oliver Exton as graduate surveyors in automotive and roadside.

Judith Salomon has joined Pocket Living as head of strategic planning and communications. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry and recently worked for Berkeley Group.

Stephen George + Partners has appointed Luke Abbott as studio director to its industrial team based in the Leicester office.

NewRiver REIT has recruited Natasha Southwick as assistant asset manager to deliver its retail strategy across the southern portfolio. She previously worked at Knight Frank.

Property consultancy NPS Humber has appointed Dan Rosso from Rogerson & Associates and Nicki Addy from Addy & Co as surveyors in its estate team.

Housebuilder Hayfield has appointed Rachel Knight as finance manager at its Solihull head office.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Hassan Farran as a partner and head of its Middle East desk in the EMEA capital markets team, based in London. He joins from Savills, where he played an integral role in establishing the firm’s cross-border investment presence in the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Cluttons has appointed partner Peter Freeman and associate Natasha Ryan from Altus Group to develop the firm’s business in the Thames Valley and M4 Corridor.

Savills has appointed Chris Earle and George Unwin as directors in the industrial and logistics occupier advisory team based in the Leeds and London offices respectively.

Duncan Firstbrook has joined the building surveying team at Curchod & Co in Farnham.

Max Bryan has joined Bidwells as head of its office and research and development agency team in Cambridge.

Law firm Bevan Brittan has appointed property partners Dalee Kaur from BDB Pitmans and Mark Paget Skelin from Capsticks.

Mainstay Group has appointed managing director Andy Billson to head up its residential property management business. He joins from Barratt Homes.

Naismiths has appointed Gareth Belsham as head of building consultancy in London and the South; Marcus Higgins as head of project monitoring in Manchester and the North; and Ben Harwood as head of asset recovery in Birmingham and the Midlands.

First Base has appointed Marc Corbett as project director to its development team. He previously worked at Hadley Property Group.

Law firm Irwin Mitchell has appointed Paul Henson as a partner in real estate disputes and Simon Tager as consultant, in London. Claire Petricca-Riding has joined the national planning team as a partner in Manchester.

Living Space Housing has appointed Ian Jones as a senior design manager. He will be responsible for managing all stages of subcontractor designs. He joins from Colmore Tang Construction.

The Cambridge office of Barton Willmore has recruited planning associates Melissa Reynolds and Lisa Hall. Andrew Winter joins as a senior planner.

LGIM Real Assets has appointed Terry Martin as a senior asset manager to focus on retail and leisure holdings in the Linked Life and Pension Funds. He joins from Savills Investment Management.

Knight Frank has hired Nick Boyd as a partner in the hotel valuations team and Matthew Smith as a partner in the hotel agency team. Blair Abel also joins hotel valuations, and Kostas Erotokritou and Chris Field join the hotel agency.
