Toby Lumsden (pictured left) has joined Bray Fox Smith’s office agency team as associate director. He has experience working in the South East office market, focusing on disposals, acquisitions and development opportunities.

Hollis has recruited Nicola Harrison (pictured second from left) as an associate to its Dublin office. She previously worked for Arcadis and is skilled in technical due diligence and development monitoring.

Hines has promoted Jake Walsh to managing director and Emme Haycock (pictured second from right) to director, to focus on the growth of its portfolio in London and key regional markets.

Steve Bennett (pictured right) has joined Travelodge as property director. He joins from Marks & Spencer, where he oversaw the group’s new store acquisition programme.

Colliers International has hired Jamie Nurcombe as associate director from Newton Perkins. He will work in the London City Agency team and will focus on office leasing and disposals, as well as providing advice to occupational clients.

Matthews & Goodman has appointed valuer Robert Haigh to its London-based valuation team. He joins from Fenn Wright and previously worked at Chestertons, Marsh & Parsons and CBRE.

Real estate investor Verdion has appointed Marc Haverkamp as technical director in Germany.

AshbyCapital has promoted Lucy Arthur to operations and marketing director, Tom Smithers to property director and Joe-Man Wan to investment associate.

Chestertons has appointed Jamie McMullan as chief operating officer for UK and Europe franchising and David Russell as chief marketing officer for global franchising and new homes.

Adrian Walker has joined Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work as operations director.

Law firm Ronald Fletcher Baker has appointed property lawyer Paul Pinder as a partner.

Residential developer BexleyCo Homes has appointed Michael Hill as chairman of the board.

NHBC has appointed Alan Rubenstein as non-executive director and chair of the investment committee. He replaces Ian Craston, who has stood down.

Daniel Bradbury has been appointed as managing director of Bellway South London.

Andrew Craig has joined Redrow Homes in Daresbury, Cheshire, as construction director. He joins from Taylor Wimpey.

Sophie Gunn has been appointed development manager at Packaged Living. She formerly worked at Assael Architecture, where she worked on various BTR schemes.

Dan Powers has joined Chancerygate as project manager at its Birmingham office from JLL.

Audley Group has appointed group HR director Lisa Rickman to the group board.

WSP has appointed Jim Coleman to its planning and advisory business in the UK as head of economics. He will lead the consolidation, development and expansion of WSP’s economics practice in the UK and internationally.

LGIM Real Assets has appointed Shuen Chan as head of environmental, social and corporate governance. She will support Legal & General’s strategic objective to embed sustainability in all areas of its real assets business.

Archway Homes has promoted Rachael Whelan to land and sustainability director to lead its green agenda.

Madison International Realty has promoted Craig Mason to vice president based in London.

Bank Leumi UK has recruited Anya Stanislawczyk to the property finance team as relationship manager, building on its financing of residential and commercial property developments.

Altus Group has hired senior valuation officer Mike Dunlevey as client adviser from the Valuation Office Agency, where he was part of the implementation team for 2017’s new business rates appeal system.

Colliers International has appointed Zohaib Razvi as head of customer experience, Michael Crawford as head of technology and Simon Finch as head of risk and compliance. Will Hayler has been promoted to head of facilities management and David Lindsay joins the team in March as head of procurement.

St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics has appointed Stuart Evans as senior asset manager to work across its I&L portfolio, based in its Birmingham HQ.

TFT has appointed John Dulake as senior commercial surveyor in London, Emily Brodie as chartered building surveyor in Edinburgh, James Atkinson as building surveyor in Birmingham and Ben Pearce as graduate building surveyor in Bristol.

Scarborough International Properties has appointed Adam Varley as project and investment executive. Based at the Leeds office, he will work on its Northern Powerhouse projects, including Thorpe Park, Leeds, Sheffield Digital Campus and The Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park.
