St Modwen has lodged plans to build a 48,000 sq ft office development in Longbridge. The developer claims it is the largest speculatively designed out of town office development to be built around Birmingham for a decade. The new four storey building, Two Park Square, will be built adjacent to Bournville College and the A38 Bristol Road. The scheme is part of St Modwen’s wider £1bn regeneration of Longbridge. As part of wider public realm improvements, a new cycle route will be built through Austin Park in 2020, which will connect Longbridge with neighbouring areas Rubery, Rednal and Northfield.
