PLATFORM_ gets green light for £100m Glasgow BTR scheme

PLATFORM_ has been given the go ahead for a £100m build-to-rent development, which will see 498 homes built on Glasgow’s waterfront. Plans for the scheme were submitted in September, proposing four blocks of between six and 20 storeys. Designed by Glasgow-based architects Keppie Design, the development forms part of a wider masterplan at the Clydeside Central Quay area, which includes 300,000 sq ft of office space and a 150-room hotel, as well as new housing.
