Premier Inn is to open a 96-bedroom hotel at the new Docklands Light Railway station at Woolwich Arsenal, SE18.
It has agreed a deal with Oakmayne Properties and jv partner Transport for London to house the hotel at the 1.5-acre Woolwich New Road scheme.
The project proposes more than 165,000 sq ft of residential and commercial space. Savills advised Oakmayne/TfL; Cropper & Co acts for Premier Inn.
