US investment fund Pricoa is in talks to buy the British activities of Pizza Hut, in a deal that would value the company at £100m.
Rutland partners bought the chain in 2012, refurbished it and put it back up for sale early in 2016.
There are 260 Pizza Hut restaurants in Britain.
