IT and digital edge infrastructure provider Pulsant has moved into grade-A workspace at Edinburgh Park, Scotland.
Pulsant, which is headquartered in Maidenhead, will be relocating its Scottish team of 80 from its existing office in South Gyle.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease on 10,065 sq ft. The new hub spans the first floor of the recently redeveloped building 4-5 Lochside Avenue.
Developer Knight Property Group has recently invested £20m in the retrofit of the three-storey pavilion-style building to make it all-electric. Its offices are net zero in operation.
This is the second deal secured at Lochside Avenue after Lumacron Technology moved into the building in September this year.
Edinburgh Park is home to 7,000 employees, with occupiers including JP Morgan, Marsh, HSBC and Lloyds Bank.
JLL and CBRE are letting agents for Knight Property, while Lambert Smith Hampton advised Pulsant.
Cameron Stott, head of JLL Scotland, said: “Demand from occupiers to take space at 4-5 Lochside Avenue has been very positive and Knight’s approach to sustainability was a key factor in attracting Pulsant to the building.”
Howard Crawshaw, managing director of Knight Property, said: “We are currently engaged in positive discussions regarding the remaining space within the building.”
