Quintain has appointed Jim Eaton-Terry as its first chief technology officer.
Eaton-Terry (pictured) will integrate the developer’s tech systems, create end-to-end development and leasing systems and support the company’s plans for growth in the UK and internationally.
He has built IT strategies and delivery teams across a variety of sectors and joins from Steamer Steps where he was a change and technology consultant.
He helped deliver the transformation of Flybe into Virgin Connect earlier this year, and for 12 months last year led the creation of a new technology platform for The Collective’s Canary Wharf development.
He has also held various tech-related positions at Whitbread, Clarks and Flybe.
Quintain chief executive James Saunders said: “The newly created role of chief technology officer reflects our desire to rapidly grow and scale our pioneering build-to-rent business, Quintain Living, by using technology to ensure our residents get best-in-class service whilst improving our leasing and operating efficiency.”
