Financial services company District and County Investments has appointed receivers at Strettons to handle the sale of a £27m GDV, residential-led development opportunity in Liverpool.
Strettons has appointed agents Vandermolen Real Estate and Worthington Owen to sell the freehold for the site, with vacant possession, which has planning permission for a 135-home scheme known as Voyager, for offers exceeding £2m.
The scheme, located at 13/14 Waterloo Road, received the planning permission for a 16-storey tower development in May 2022.
It will provide one to three-bedroom flats. A vehicle called Waterloo Road Ltd was named as the original applicant.
The 0.24-acre site includes 1,800 sq ft commercial space, 20 cars parking spaces and cycle storage areas.
