Regal London approved for first retirement homes

Regal London has been given the green light to build its first retirement homes at its development at St John’s Wood, NW8. Westminster Council has approved plans submitted in February to develop the site opposite Lord’s Cricket Ground. Development will see 282 homes split between a 12-storey block of 112 flats and a 14-storey tower of 170 homes allocated to people over 55 years of age, with 153 affordable homes.
