Regent Inns has relocated from Muswell Hill in north London to new headquarters on the South Hertfordshire Office Campus in Borehamwood.
The company, which includes the Jongleurs Comedy Clubs and the Regent Pub Group, has sublet 10,000 sq ft from Zurich on a new 10-year lease at £18 per sq ft at Rowley House.
Tim Young, head of offices at NAI Fuller Peiser, which advised Regent, said: “This deal allows Regent Inns to save money and improve their efficiency due to the substantial rent-free period negotiated. Borehamwood is close to the M25 and has good access to the North, as well as Central London.”
The head landlord is Threadneedle Asset Management.
Zurich was advised by Lambert Smith Hampton.
